Happy St. Patrick's Day

Saint Patricks Day is my favorite day of spring training. I love the green uniforms that many MLB teams wear.

I took the image for this card a couple of years ago, when Ryan Howard was working for a spot on the team and waiting for an opportunity. He was blocked by Jim Thome. The Phils were playing Tampa in Clearwater. The Rays were in their normal (for the time) dark green and the Phils in their annual St. Patty's Day green. It was great.
